Cancellation Policy
At Nurimas Coaching, I honor your time and mine. This summary explains how Discovery Calls are scheduled and managed. • Scheduling: Your one-time free Discovery Call can be booked through our online system. Availability is first-come, first-served. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled later are counted as used. • Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited. • Accessibility: Video platforms with captions are available, and alternatives can be provided if requested.
