Welcome to Nurimas Coaching. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platform, membership community, and related services. By accessing our site, joining the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Terms


These Terms apply to your use of the Nurimas Coaching website, online booking platform, membership community, and any related resources. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Nurimas Coaching Agreement, which governs the actual coaching relationship. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement controls.

The following policies are part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time:

 

By using our website, booking services, or participating in the community, you agree to these policies.

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, join the community, or book coaching sessions. By using this site, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, materials, and resources, is the property of Nurimas Coaching unless otherwise noted.

  • Materials made available for download (e.g., worksheets, guides, tools) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be shared, sold, or distributed without our written permission.

  • Content shared by clients (e.g., testimonials, community contributions, posts in group forums) remains the property of the client. Nurimas Coaching will not share such contributions outside the platform without consent, except in anonymized form for training, supervision, or promotional purposes.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any site or community content without written permission, except for downloadable resources provided for personal use.

 

5. Prohibited Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or community for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

  • Disrupt the website, booking platform, community, or services.

  • Misuse content, intellectual property, or confidential information.

 

6. Payments & Bookings

 

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By booking services, joining the membership community, or enrolling in events, you agree to comply with our Bookings Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference.

Payments cover all services offered by Nurimas Coaching, including but not limited to personalized coaching packages, memberships, group coaching programs, courses, webinars, workshops, and retreats.

 

7. Community Access & Rules of Conduct

 

Access to the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community, including free and paid tiers, is subject to compliance with the Community Rules of Conduct Policy. Violations of the Rules may result in suspension or removal from the community, without refund.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, NURIMAS COACHING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, COMMUNITY, OR SERVICES.

Notwithstanding any damages you may incur, Nurimas Coaching’s entire liability under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services in question.

 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurimas Coaching, its coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services.

 

10. Links to Third Parties

 

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.

 

11. Updates to Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website, membership community, or booking platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

12. Governing Law & Venue

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, Georgia.
