These Terms apply to your use of the Nurimas Coaching website, online booking system, and related informational resources.
These Terms do not replace the Nurimas Coaching Agreement, which governs the coaching relationship itself. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement controls.

The following policies are incorporated into these Terms and form part of your agreement with Nurimas Coaching:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or engage in coaching services. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Materials

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Nurimas Coaching unless otherwise noted.

Materials provided during coaching (including worksheets, prompts, or exercises) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.

Certain materials, tools, and concepts used during coaching are proprietary to Positive Intelligence, LLC and are provided under license.

5. Coaching Relationship & Disclaimers

Nurimas Coaching provides professional coaching services only.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support as needed.

Nurimas coaches are independent members of the Positive Intelligence® Coach Program and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Positive Intelligence, LLC.

The coaching services offered by Nurimas Coaching are independently owned and operated, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Positive Intelligence, LLC.

Positive Intelligence® program content and materials do not constitute medical or mental health advice and are not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Services & Payments

Nurimas Coaching offers coaching engagements delivered pursuant to written Coaching Agreements.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing services, you agree to the payment terms, refund limitations, and scheduling policies outlined in your Coaching Agreement and the Refund Policy.

7. Scheduling & Attendance

All session scheduling, rescheduling, and attendance policies are governed by the Bookings Policy and the Coaching Agreement. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are handled according to those policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurimas Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or participation in coaching services.

Nurimas Coaching’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the applicable coaching engagement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurimas Coaching from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

10. Links to Third Parties

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Nurimas Coaching is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Updates to Terms

Nurimas Coaching may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Richmond County, Georgia.
