Nurimas Coaching is committed to making our services accessible and inclusive for all clients and community members. We believe coaching and community learning should be available to people of diverse abilities, backgrounds, and experiences.

1. Coaching Sessions

​

• All personalized coaching sessions are conducted online through accessible video-conferencing platforms (such as Zoom).

• If you need closed captioning or transcription services, we can enable platform features or provide additional support where available.

• Alternative formats for materials (such as plain-text summaries of intake forms, handouts, or program resources) can be provided upon request.

 

2. Group Services, Events, and Membership

• Accessibility accommodations extend to group coaching, courses, webinars, workshops, retreats, and the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community.

• We encourage participants to share accessibility needs in advance so accommodations can be planned where possible.

• While some adjustments may be limited by technology, venue, or resources, Nurimas Coaching will always make good-faith efforts to provide reasonable accommodations.

 

3. Website and Online Resources

• We aim to make our website accessible by following recognized web accessibility standards (including compatibility with screen readers and keyboard navigation).

• If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website, please let us know so we can work to improve.

 

4. Individual Accommodations

​

• We encourage clients and community members to share any accessibility needs before or during participation so that we can make reasonable accommodations.

• Some accommodations may require collaboration with third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing tools), and while capabilities may vary, we will work to find workable solutions.

 

5. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We welcome feedback to help us improve the accessibility of our coaching services, events, community spaces, and website.
