Themes from sessions may occasionally be shared in supervision or training, but identifying details are removed.
Within the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community, contributions (such as posts, stories, or comments) are visible to other members. Nurimas Coaching will not share your contributions outside the platform without your consent, except in anonymized form for training, supervision, or promotional purposes. While we actively enforce the Community Rules of Conduct Policy to maintain a respectful and supportive space, we cannot control how other members may use or interpret information they see. We therefore encourage you to use discretion when sharing sensitive personal details in public or group spaces.
4. Record Retention
We securely store coaching records, including intake forms, session notes, and related communications, for at least seven (7) years or as required by law. After that time, records may be securely destroyed.
Community posts and contributions may be retained for the life of the membership platform, unless deleted by you or removed under the Community Rules of Conduct Policy.

9. Recordings and Intellectual Property

Coaching sessions may not be recorded without the consent of all participants, including the coach.

Group events, webinars, and workshops may not be recorded by members. Nurimas Coaching may, at its discretion, record sessions or events in accordance with the Coaching Agreement and Community Rules of Conduct, with anonymization wherever possible.

Materials provided by Nurimas Coaching are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be posted here, with the “Last Updated” date shown above.
