At Nurimas Coaching, your privacy matters. We want you to feel confident that your personal information is treated with care, respect, and transparency. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you work with us, participate in the Nurimas Community, or use our website.

We only collect what is needed to provide coaching services, manage bookings, and support your participation. This may include:

Intake forms, questionnaires, or assessments you choose to complete
Payment information processed securely through third-party systems
Coaching notes or records maintained by your coach
Community contributions (posts, stories, comments, or shared content within the Nurimas Membership Community or group events)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Schedule, deliver, and track your coaching sessions
Communicate with you about bookings, updates, or resources
Provide access to membership, community forums, and events
Maintain records for ethical and professional accountability
Improve our services and client experience

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are private. We follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming (NFNLP) standards. Information you share will not be disclosed without your written consent, except:

When required by law
If there is risk of harm to self or others
If ordered by a court of law

Themes from sessions may occasionally be shared in supervision or training, but identifying details are removed.

Within the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community, contributions (such as posts, stories, or comments) are visible to other members. Nurimas Coaching will not share your contributions outside the platform without your consent, except in anonymized form for training, supervision, or promotional purposes. While we actively enforce the Community Rules of Conduct Policy to maintain a respectful and supportive space, we cannot control how other members may use or interpret information they see. We therefore encourage you to use discretion when sharing sensitive personal details in public or group spaces.

4. Record Retention

We securely store coaching records, including intake forms, session notes, and related communications, for at least seven (7) years or as required by law. After that time, records may be securely destroyed.

Community posts and contributions may be retained for the life of the membership platform, unless deleted by you or removed under the Community Rules of Conduct Policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of your personal information
Correct inaccuracies in your records
Request deletion of your data, where legally permissible
Request deletion of your community contributions, subject to limitations if required for record-keeping or policy enforcement

6. Data Security

We use secure systems and platforms for storing and transmitting information. While no system can be 100% guaranteed, we take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information.

Our website and booking platform may use third-party tools (such as payment processors or scheduling apps). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

8. GDPR Notice (For Clients in the EU/EEA)

9. Recordings and Intellectual Property

Coaching sessions may not be recorded without the consent of all participants, including the coach.
Group events, webinars, and workshops may not be recorded by members. Nurimas Coaching may, at its discretion, record sessions or events in accordance with the Coaching Agreement and Community Rules of Conduct, with anonymization wherever possible.
Materials provided by Nurimas Coaching are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be posted here, with the “Last Updated” date shown above.
