Bookings Policy

At Nurimas Coaching, we believe coaching works best when there is mutual respect for time, commitment, and clarity. This policy sets out how bookings are handled so that expectations are clear for both clients and coaches. By scheduling or purchasing sessions, you agree to follow these guidelines, as well as the Coaching Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Accessibility Statement, Terms & Conditions, and Community Rules of Conduct Policy.

1. Scheduling Sessions


All personalized coaching sessions must be scheduled through the Nurimas Coaching booking system. Session availability is updated regularly and may vary depending on demand and coach availability.

Group coaching, courses, webinars, workshops, retreats, and membership programs are scheduled on fixed dates and times. Enrollment in these services is final and may not be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred by the client.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Personalized coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice are considered used and will not be rescheduled.

  • We recommend canceling or rescheduling as soon as possible if you know you cannot attend, so that the time can be offered to other clients.

  • Group coaching, courses, webinars, workshops, retreats, and membership services cannot be canceled or rescheduled by the client once booked.

 

3. Coaching Packages and Timeframes

 

Coaching packages are designed to help you stay consistent and accountable. To keep momentum, all personalized coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe set at purchase:

  • Six-session plans: must be completed within eight (8) weeks of purchase.

  • Eight-session plans: must be completed within twelve (12) weeks of purchase.

  • Twelve-session plans: must be completed within sixteen (16) weeks of purchase.

 

Any sessions not used by the plan expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

 

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • If you arrive late for a personalized coaching session, your session will still end at the scheduled time so that we remain on schedule for all clients.

  • If you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

  • If a coach is late, we will either extend your session to make up the time or reschedule it at no additional cost.

  • Group coaching, courses, webinars, retreats, and membership events will begin and end on time and cannot be extended or rescheduled due to late arrivals.

 

5. Coach Commitments

 

We are committed to providing a professional, ethical, and supportive coaching experience. We follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming (NFNLP) standards. Our role is to support your personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

Coaching is most effective when you are fully present and engaged. As a client, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for each session or event.

  • Schedule and use your sessions within the agreed timeframe.

  • Communicate clearly if rescheduling is necessary (for personalized coaching only).

  • Honor the booking policy outlined here.

  • Follow the Nurimas Coaching Community Rules of Conduct Policy in all group services, membership activities, and community forums.

 

Failure to comply with the Community Rules of Conduct may result in suspension or removal from services without refund, in line with the Coaching Agreement.

 

7. Alignment with Nurimas Coaching Terms & Conditions
