Refund Policy

At Nurimas Coaching, clarity and commitment matter. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for coaching services. By purchasing or enrolling in any Nurimas Coaching service, you agree to this policy, along with the Coaching Agreement, Bookings Policy, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement.

 

1. Coaching Fees — No Refunds

 

Nurimas Coaching offers a commitment-based private coaching engagement.

 

Once your coaching engagement begins, coaching fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of attendance, pace of progress, personal circumstances, or outcome.

 

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the work, which builds over time and depends on consistency, presence, and follow-through.

  • Coaching sessions are not billed per session

  • Missed or unused sessions are not refundable

  • Sessions are not transferable or credited toward future services

 

2. Limited Exception — Positive Intelligence® Program

 

Your coaching engagement includes access to the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) mental fitness program, which is delivered through a third-party platform.

 

In alignment with Positive Intelligence’s policies, only the portion of your payment allocated to the PQ program may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You request removal from the PQ program within fourteen (14) days of purchase, or

  • You do not register for the PQ app within fourteen (14) days of purchase

 

If either condition is met, the PQ program fee (as specified in your Coaching Agreement) will be refunded.

 

After the fourteen (14) day grace period, the PQ program fee becomes non-refundable.

 

All coaching fees remain non-refundable regardless of PQ program participation.

 

3. Coach-Initiated Cancellation

 

If Nurimas Coaching terminates the coaching engagement for reasons other than client breach or misconduct, a pro-rated refund may be issued for any prepaid coaching services not yet delivered.

 

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

 

4. No Partial or Discretionary Refunds

 

Refunds are not provided for:

  • missed sessions

  • unused sessions

  • perceived lack of progress

  • changes in availability or priorities

  • early disengagement from the process

 

Coaching is a relational, process-based engagement—not a pay-per-session service.

 

5. Payment Issues & Chargebacks

 

Payment must be completed according to the terms outlined in your Coaching Agreement.

 

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through any financial institution for services delivered under the Coaching Agreement.

 

Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension of services and recovery of fees through legal or administrative means.

 

6. Policy Integration

 

This Refund Policy is part of the broader Nurimas Coaching policy framework. In the event of any conflict, the Coaching Agreement governs.
