Refund Policy

At Nurimas Coaching, we want every client experience to be clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for coaching services, memberships, and events. By purchasing or enrolling in any Nurimas Coaching service, you agree to this policy as well as the Coaching Agreement, Bookings Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Community Rules of Conduct Policy.

1. All Sales Final

  • All purchases of coaching services, packages, memberships, courses, group coaching, webinars, workshops, retreats, or other events are final.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused sessions, missed sessions, expired packages, or non-attendance at group services.

  • Removal or ban from the Nurimas Coaching Membership Community or other services for breach of the Community Rules of Conduct Policy does not entitle the client to a refund.

 

2. Exceptions

  • If Nurimas Coaching cancels your Coaching Agreement, program, or service for reasons other than the client’s breach or misconduct, the client will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused services already paid for but not delivered.

  • Refunds will only be issued in this circumstance or as required by law.

 

3. No Partial Refunds for Unused Sessions or Services

  • Once purchased, packages, memberships, courses, group coaching, or event enrollments must be used within the timeframes stated at purchase.

  • Unused sessions, memberships, or event spots are not refundable, transferable, or credited toward future services.

 

4. Payment Issues

  • Payment must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If a payment fails or is disputed after services are delivered, this will be considered a breach of the Coaching Agreement.

 

5. Chargebacks

  • Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or disputes through any financial institution for services delivered under the Coaching Agreement.

  • Attempted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of fees through legal means.

 

6. Rescheduling vs. Refunds

  • Personalized coaching sessions canceled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the original package timeframe.

  • Personalized sessions canceled late, missed, or expired cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Group coaching, courses, webinars, workshops, retreats, memberships, and other fixed-date services cannot be rescheduled by the client once booked and are non-refundable.

 

7. Policy Integration


This Refund Policy is integrated with the Nurimas Coaching Agreement, Bookings Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Terms & Conditions, and Community Rules of Conduct Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Coaching Agreement governs.
