Community Rules of Conduct Policy

At Nurimas Coaching, our community is built on belonging, respect, and growth. These rules are here to keep the space supportive, safe, and consistent with our Coaching Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. By joining the Nurimas Community, you agree to follow these rules.

 

1. Respect & Inclusivity

​

  • Treat all members with dignity and kindness.

  • Honor differences in culture, identity, background, and lived experience.

  • Disrespectful, discriminatory, or harmful comments are not tolerated.

 

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

​

  • What is shared in the community stays in the community.

  • Do not share another member’s personal information, stories, or contributions outside the group without their written consent.

  • Member profiles may be set to public within the site, but only other site members can view them. Profiles are not visible to outside visitors.

 

3. No Recording or Unauthorized Sharing

​

  • Coaching sessions may not be recorded without the written consent of all participants, including the coach.

  • Group events, webinars, and community discussions may not be recorded or distributed by members.

  • Nurimas Coaching may, at its discretion, record content in accordance with the Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions. Such recordings are used primarily for training, supervision, or quality improvement, and will be anonymized whenever possible to protect member identity.

  • Materials provided by Nurimas Coaching are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

 

4. Intellectual Property

​

  • Members retain ownership of the content, stories, or ideas they share.

  • By participating, you grant Nurimas Coaching a limited license to use anonymized excerpts for training, supervision, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Do not copy, resell, or present other members’ contributions as your own.

 

5. Responsible Participation

​

  • Engage honestly, ask questions with curiosity, and listen actively.

  • Disagreement is natural, but debate must remain respectful.

  • Do not post spam, promotional content, or solicitations unrelated to the community’s purpose.

 

6. Boundaries & Conduct

​

  • Respect each other’s boundaries in discussions and interactions.

  • If conflict arises, address it constructively or seek support from Nurimas Coaching.

  • Harassment, intimidation, or unsafe behavior will result in removal.

 

7. Non-Emergency Nature of Community

​

  • This community is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or emergency services.

  • If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

 

8. Data Protection & Security

​

  • Nurimas Coaching protects member data in line with the Privacy Policy.

  • Members are encouraged to use discretion when sharing sensitive details in group spaces.

 

9. Accountability

​

  • Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the community without refund.

  • Decisions regarding member conduct are at the discretion of Nurimas Coaching and are considered final.

 

10. Alignment with the Coaching Agreement

 

This policy works together with the Nurimas Coaching Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and related policies.

  • Access to free or paid membership tiers depends on following these rules.

  • Removal or ban under this policy is considered a material breach of the Coaching Agreement.
